- Special Orders: Processing for special order items may take longer and may ship directly from a vendor. You will be notified of the estimated processing time for special order items at the time of purchase.

We require photo evidence of any damage caused during shipping as part of our replacement and return procedures. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
